Pellegrini’s

$90.00 - $855.00

Early 1990s

Pellegrini’s is a much-loved, family-owned, Melbourne institution in the ‘Milano’ end of Bourke Street. Established in 1954 by Leo and Vildo Pellegrini, who had previously worked at the nearby Florentino’s – one of the city’s oldest haute-cuisine restaurants.

Twenty years later Sisto Malaspina and his family took the café on, and to this day the family continue the same traditions of the fifties – the décor, menu and cooking methods are much the same. The only difference is that Pellegrini’s is now listed by The National Trust.

The photographic prints are made to order in Australia through CPL digital onto your choice of giclee, lustre, matte or glossy paper.

Giclee, an archival pigment printing process of extraordinary quality, offers brilliant colour possibilities of rich, intense blacks, crisp, beautiful highlights, and outstanding precision and control. Giclee printing is the most premium option for your print.

Lustre offers a hybrid finish between glossy and matte with a classy, muted appearance. Matte offers a non-reflective, sleek look, and glossy produces a vibrant, shiny finish. All surface types produce high quality prints.

You will receive your print(s) unframed and safely packaged into a mailing tube.  CPL digital will package and dispatch your order between 1-7 days. Shipping within Australia is $25.
